We run regular community sessions on Thursday 2-10pm when we also have a fire circle running and will expand this to other days and times subject to demand. We also offer introductory sauna experiences including contrast therapy, whisking, meditation, breathwork, bodywork, sound and stillness journeys, sharing and prayer circles.

We have locations available at the Ashdown Forest with cold plunge in waterfalls at the source of the river Medway!
