Kirtan and Cacao is a beautiful combination of two ancient traditions from far away lands that promote connection, healing, and joy.
All proceeds to support Vandita's work in the Ecuadorean Amazon, the home of this healing plant.
Kirtan is a form of devotional chanting rooted in Bhakti Yoga, a spiritual practice that focuses on love and devotion. The repetitive and melodic nature of kirtan encourages participants to immerse themselves fully in the present moment, opening their hearts for healing, strengthening spiritual connection, and a sense of unity and oneness with the group.
Cacao, known as Kila in Kichwa, opens the heart, enhancing emotional clarity, and promoting feelings of gratitude and love. The natural compounds in cacao, such as theobromine and serotonin precursors, can induce a mild euphoria and a deep sense of relaxation.
It is when the heart opens that we can really feel and heal – releasing old stories and blocks, coming in to a state of expansiveness to remember who we truly are.
All proceeds will go towards supporting frontline communities protecting their land and traditions through Vandita’s work in the Amazon in Ecuador
